Lunchtime Play Co-ordinator

Salary: Grade 2

Start date: Monday 1st December 2025    8.75 hours per week

The Governors of our happy and successful school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Lunchtime Play co-ordinator, to join our friendly and dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will;

  • Lead positive, purposeful play sessions during lunchtime
  • Report accidents, complete first aid and complete accident forms if necessary
  • Ensure that school behaviour policies are followed
  • Maintain checks throughout the lunch break to ensure pupils are safe
  • Contribute and lead on elements of OPAL playgrounds

Part-time Admin Assistant - Front Desk Cover

Salary: Grade 2 FTE £24,027 – £25,992

          Permanent role   Term time only

Start date: January 2026     20 hours per week

We are looking for a friendly, organised and highly efficient part-time school administrative assistant to be the welcoming face of our school.

Based on the front desk you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the school office, greeting visitors, managing enquiries and assisting with essential administrative tasks.

The role will involve:

  • Act as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and front desk queries  
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and distributing information
  • Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is warm, professional and confident with dealing with the public
  • Has strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Is proficient with office software (Microsoft office)
  • Is committed to safeguarding and child welfare
