Finance Assistant 

Start date: September 2025     

Salary – Grade 2 (£24,027 - £25992 FTE)

21.5 hours per week

The Governors of our happy and successful school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Finance assistant, to join our friendly and dedicated team.

We are looking for someone who has:

Experience working in a finance environment
Efficient use of data entry systems

Demonstrate excellent customer service

Excellent organisation skills

Can work under pressure

Work alongside the School Business Manager to meet school key targets

Working at Barford Primary School is extremely rewarding and personally satisfying. A close and supportive ethos exists throughout school and whilst we all work extremely hard, there is also lots of laughter!
