Wake Up Shake Up 22nd May 2009
Barford had another whole school wake up shake up in the main playground. All Teachers, Teaching Assistants and even some parents joined in. Watch the video below and see if you can find yourself.
Year 2 visit to the Birmingham Botanical Gardens
Year 2 visited the Birmingham Botanical Gardens to find out more information about plants. Year 2 visited the Tropical, Sub-tropical, Mediterranean and Arid glasshouses that contain different plants that grow in these 4 climates.
Year 3 Dudley Canal visit
Year 3 visited the Dudley Canal tunnel to find out more information about what happened in the tunnels.
Year 3 Mount Pleasant Farm visit
Year 3 visited a farm as part of their topic area. Year 3 also toured the surrounding areas of the farm and got to feed the animals.

Year 3 visited Sarehole Mill to find out how a water mill works. Year 3 also toured the surrounding areas of the mill and even got some hands on experience how to grind corn to make flour.
